These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 123myr governing your use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
Before the legal detail — six things every 123myr player should understand upfront
You must be 21 years of age or older to open a 123myr account. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage persons will be immediately suspended and any balance returned.
Each individual may hold only one active 123myr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of bonus balances.
123myr is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all account holders. KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation may be requested at any time, including before withdrawals are processed.
By using 123myr, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any clause, you must discontinue use of the platform. These Terms apply equally to all players regardless of location within permitted jurisdictions.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a 123myr Account and use the Services. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 123myr will verify your age as part of the KYC process. If you are found to be under 21, your Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and your deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 123myr is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. 123myr does not knowingly permit registration from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. You represent that you are not accessing 123myr from a restricted jurisdiction.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent stages. Any material misrepresentation — including providing a false name, date of birth, or identity document — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Rule. Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on 123myr. If you already hold an Account, you must not create a second Account. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 123myr reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and to retain any balances as compensation for administrative costs incurred.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 123myr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 123myr Support immediately via live chat so that your Account can be secured. 123myr will not be responsible for losses incurred prior to notification.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 123myr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is optional, its absence increases the risk of unauthorised access. 123myr accepts no liability for Account losses where 2FA was available but not activated.
3.4 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account administration fees may apply in accordance with 123myr's dormant account policy, which will be communicated to you via your registered email address before any fees are applied.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 123myr supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on 123myr are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 123myr does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Any foreign currency transactions initiated at the player's end are subject to the player's own bank or e-wallet conversion fees.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published within the 123myr account cashier section and are subject to change. Players should verify current limits within their Account before initiating transactions.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. Before processing a withdrawal, 123myr may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued identification document and proof of payment method ownership. This requirement exists for the protection of all players and is mandated by our international gaming licence.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. 123myr targets processing of withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers typically complete within thirty (30) minutes. These are target times, not contractual guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing delays beyond 123myr's control.
4.6 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to fund the Account (where technically possible) as an anti-money laundering measure. 123myr reserves the right to request additional documentation if withdrawal patterns are inconsistent with deposit activity.
5.1 General. 123myr offers various promotional bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sportsbook bonuses), and time limits are stated in each promotion's terms. Playing ineligible games with bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Abuse Prevention. 123myr reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements; using multiple Accounts to claim promotions multiple times; or any other activity inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Certain promotions may specify a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. Such limits are stated within each promotion's specific terms and conditions.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 123myr is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, 123myr reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Account. 123myr will not be liable for any losses arising from system interruptions outside its reasonable control.
6.3 Sportsbook Bets. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority. 123myr reserves the right to void bets where markets were offered with incorrect lines, odds, or information due to manifest error. Results queries must be raised with 123myr Support within 72 hours of settlement.
6.4 Finality of Results. Subject to the provisions of clause 6.2 and 6.3, game and bet results are final once settled. 123myr does not accept retrospective challenges to settled outcomes on the basis of dissatisfaction with results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 123myr and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal referral:
8.1 Commitment. 123myr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all registered Players with access to deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion — all configurable within Account settings.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate voluntary self-exclusion via Account settings or by contacting 123myr Support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires, except in the case of permanent exclusion.
8.3 Limit Setting. Deposit, loss, and wagering limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, in accordance with responsible gaming best practice.
8.4 Age Verification. 123myr performs mandatory age verification on all Accounts. Where an Account is identified as belonging to a player under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended and no gameplay will be permitted.

9.1 By 123myr. 123myr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance. In the event of wrongful suspension, 123myr will return any real-money Balance net of any bonuses or void winnings.
9.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 123myr Support. Account closure will be processed subject to completion of any pending withdrawals and KYC requirements. Open bonus balances may be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure depending on their status.
9.3 Survival. Clauses relating to Prohibited Conduct (7), Intellectual Property (10), Limitation of Liability (11), and Governing Law (13) shall survive the termination of your Account and these Terms.
All content on the 123myr platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of 123myr or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or exploit any 123myr content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
11.1 123myr's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.2 123myr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity — whether arising from contract, tort, or any other basis — even if 123myr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 123myr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The Services are provided "as is" subject to planned and unplanned maintenance windows. 123myr will endeavour to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 123myr is governed by the 123myr Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a 123myr Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 123myr is licensed by its international gaming authority. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through 123myr's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws of your country of residence.
